Recently, BCI Group’s 150MW photovoltaic new energy power base in Lingqiu, China has achieved full-capacity grid connection.

It will supply 270 million kWh of green electricity annually to infrastructure including the AI 10,000-card computing campus located in the same area.

Based on the average regional power emission factor in China, this will reduce CO₂ emissions by about 185,000 tons and save approximately 86,400 tons of standard coal equivalent per year.

The grid connection of this project marks the further implementation of BCI Group’s PowerCampus computing infrastructure industrial model.

Currently, preferential electricity price policies supporting large‑scale deployment of computing infrastructure are being phased out.

Against the backdrop of surging demand for artificial intelligence, the PowerCampus industrial model focuses on the development and reserve of basic resources such as abundant green energy, computing industrial parks, water treatment facilities and high‑efficiency networks.

It provides green, moderately advanced, fallback‑capable and cost‑effective infrastructure for the AI computing industry to advance toward the application scenario layer and empower the digital industrial upgrading of various sectors.

Meanwhile, by deeply empowering the upgrading of regional industrial and economic transformation in China, the PowerCampus model also delivers new quality productive forces with strong extensibility, great growth potential and high economic value‑added for regional high‑quality development.
