Currently, sustainable development remains the core theme of global socio-economic progress at a deeper level. Among the three key elements—Environment, Social, and Economy—the drive for carbon neutrality is reshaping value chains across numerous industries. The underlying logic of industrial development will be more profoundly built upon public and altruistic attributes, aiming to promote economic and social transformation while ensuring environmental sustainability.
The founding team of BCI Group has fully experienced and deeply practiced the entire transition of digital-era infrastructure from "self-interest" to "altruism." Actively pursuing the path to zero carbon in the digital age remains the unwavering industrial philosophy and founding vision of BCI Group's team. In creating the Super Energy Complex, the resolve is to become, to a significant extent, an altruistic and "white-box" public service and product—to build a new generation of neutral, open, and inclusive global information technology infrastructure platform.
On the Energy Side, the Super Energy Complex delves to the very foundation of the industrial chain. It constructs large-scale wind and solar farms in resource-rich regions abundant with renewables. Through an integrated source-grid-load-storage architecture, it converts otherwise curtailed wind and solar energy into a 100% green electricity public service for the Complex's campuses. This achieves cascading energy utilization, thereby enhancing the decarbonization capabilities of downstream digital economies and digital transformation, and effectively controlling greenhouse gas emissions.
On the Campus Side, the Super Energy Complex establishes a full-stack decarbonization model for zero-carbon campuses. On one hand, starting from the bottom of the supply chain, it deploys "white-box" production for zero-carbon equipment manufacturing supply chains—including electromechanical systems, HVAC, servers, and power equipment—within the campuses, ensuring carbon reduction throughout the entire supply chain process. On the other hand, it employs efficient parallel processes for greenfield campus development and provides high-availability, low-latency link services, reducing carbon emissions during construction and transforming green value into sustainable digital economic value.
On the Urban Side, the Super Energy Complex maximizes public and altruistic attributes. The complex campuses will achieve co-construction and sharing of public infrastructure—such as heating, power supply, wastewater treatment, and reclaimed water reuse—through the integration of electricity, water, heat, and waste resources. Cold sources and waste heat recovered within the campuses can serve municipal heating, greenhouse agriculture, cold chain logistics, and ice-snow sports. The entire process and all attributes of the Super Energy Complex are implemented in resource-based regions of Central and Western China. This further aids in building carbon inclusive platforms, tapping into the carbon sink value of these regions, and supporting their progress toward the "Carbon Peak by 2030 and Carbon Neutrality by 2060" goals.

BCI Group has also officially announced its core management team, comprised of Ju Jing, Wang Dongliang, Zhou Xiaobin and Cui Wei.
