Since being selected as a leading pioneering enterprise in the national computing power foundation initiative by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), BCI Cloud Infrastructure has focused on key tasks in computing-power synergy. It has continuously driven the implementation of integrated computing-power synergy pioneer projects through the vertical ecosystem integration of the computing power infrastructure industry.

Recently, with the delivery of the Guangling Computing Power Center within BCI Cloud Infrastructure's Datong Super Energy Complex, the world's first vertically integrated computing power infrastructure—featuring energy-computing integration, computing-power synergy, and local fusion—has taken a solid step towards realization. BCI Cloud Infrastructure has proactively developed supporting wind, solar, storage, and transmission energy infrastructure within a 20-kilometer radius of the Guangling Center. Adjacent to the Guangling 100MW hyperscale photovoltaic base, a 250MW hyperscale PV project was grid-connected in 2024, with an annual output of 450 million kWh. A second-phase 230MW wind power project has entered construction and is expected to achieve full-capacity grid connection by 2026, generating approximately 1 billion kWh annually. This will further enable the local consumption of green energy and advance computing-power synergy scenarios.

BCI Cloud Infrastructure believes that in the future computing power era, clean, reliable, and continuous energy should be standard for computing. Guided by this industrial principle for computing-power synergy, it is actively exploring direct green power connection models for infrastructure. This effort aims to steer the national computing-power synergy pioneer mission toward tangible consumption, genuine synergy, and real carbon reduction. Furthermore, BCI Cloud Infrastructure is actively promoting the development of manufacturing capabilities for energy-computing integration and computing-power synergy equipment. It has established local R&D and integrated production centers in Datong for prefabricated power modules, prefabricated backup power systems, prefabricated range-extending energy storage, and containerized substations, further constructing a vertical industrial ecosystem for computing-power synergy.

BCI Cloud Infrastructure will also collaborate with partners such as the Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, State Grid Beijing Electric Power Company, and China Electric Power Technology to focus on research areas including sustainable natural ecology, soil and water conservation, and intelligent management within computing-power synergy scenarios. This collaboration aims to realize the implementation of Datong's vertical industrial model, achieve a commercial closed loop and ecological cycle, continuously develop Datong's integrated computing-power synergy model, and fulfill its responsibility as a national computing power pioneering enterprise.

At the China Computing Power Conference held on August 23, BCI Cloud Infrastructure's integrated computing-power synergy platform and its Datong pioneering demonstration project for energy-computing integration equipment manufacturing were recognized as the "Annual Major Breakthrough Achievement in Computing Power China" and the "2025 China Computing Power Innovation Pioneer Outstanding Case," respectively, under the computing-power synergy pioneer categories. Additionally, BCI Cloud Infrastructure's Super Energy Computing Power Complex project was selected as a typical case of computing power and power coordination by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology during the conference.
