Recently, the construction pilot for the computing-power synergy green power park within Qinneng Technology's Datong Super Energy Complex has been officially approved, making it the first green power park in Shanxi Province dedicated to computing-power synergy. This milestone not only highlights Datong's leading role in advancing the deep integration of the computing power industry and energy transition but also demonstrates Shanxi's strategic resolve to accelerate its major mission of energy revolution.

Located in Lingqiu County, Datong City, the Qinneng Technology Datong Super Energy Complex computing-power synergy green power park covers approximately 285 acres and plans to construct world-class, next-generation computing power infrastructure. Within a 20-kilometer radius of the park, a 500MW hybrid wind-solar renewable energy generation base will be developed. Green power will be directly supplied via newly built dedicated transmission lines and transformers, supported by a 75MW/300MWh energy storage power station on the campus side. This will form a range-extending energy storage architecture, ensuring direct local connection and 100% on-site consumption of green electricity.

Establishing a national comprehensive reform pilot zone for the transformation of resource-based economies and implementing comprehensive energy revolution reforms are major missions entrusted to Shanxi by the state. Datong's initiative, spearheaded by computing-power synergy to promote green power park construction, serves as a critical pathway for driving the transformation of this traditional energy powerhouse and represents a significant exploration in promoting local consumption of new energy and advancing integrated energy-computing development.
